By submitting content (spots, events, forum posts, images, messages) to SpotBiker, you:

  • Confirm that you own or have the right to share the content.
  • Grant SpotBiker a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the content on the platform.
  • Agree that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use SpotBiker to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content.
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
  • Share false or misleading information about spots or events.
  • Spam, advertise without permission, or post off-topic content.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or any part of the system without authorisation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission.

6. Content Moderation

All submitted spots are reviewed by administrators before being published. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards, without notice.

7. Riding Safety

SpotBiker provides information shared by community members. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of any spot or route. You ride at your own risk. Always obey traffic laws and exercise personal judgement.

8. Intellectual Property

The SpotBiker name, logo, and original platform content are the property of SpotBiker.com. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of user-submitted content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotBiker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
